Hide a debug feature showing projectile damage when playing as The anomaly.

I've realized that the previous update file download was hidden. I'm deply sorry for that ADHD mistake ( as I said earlier, those silly mistakes will happen very frequently :/)

I've added 2 HP related items Has a apology extra content

one that have 50% of giving you maxhp and healing you 5hp or 50% of taking damage

and one that can heal one hp when killing an enemy.

A bigger update is planned
