Balance of fairness are adjustment made in some stats to make the game as fair as possible without affecting the difficulty. I made them to create a better experience during runs. I've realized that some item could really make bufy unplayable due to high stats reduction 

- fireflies and whispies speed has been reduce a bit

- Common Flu now reduce -0.40 projectile damage instead of -0.80 for bufy only

- projectile spread and speed has been increased for bufy

- one bufy projectile now deal 0.95 damage instead of 0.85  

that it for now, i hope it will make this second character more playable  than before :)
